On the plus side I think I understand why - the pavement I'm running on is angled some maybe 10 degrees and it's putting more strain on one side. I ran the other way around the block and noticed it wore the opposite knee in the same way! I think I will have to start alternating loop directions to get even wear. Now just waiting for some super #keto #recovery ...

&eI reached a #keto #milestone tonight - I #ran two miles. This may not seems like a big achievement, but bare in mind it's the first time I ran that far in at least 10 years. My #heartrate was about 140 #bpm and at the end I felt like I still had more to give. The #pace was much slower than the one mile #run - but I suspect not slower than a 15 minute mile (I couldn't #measure this time). Now that I've cracked two miles, I can increase this pace rapidly.

Didn't quite manage the whole two miles I planned for, but I have something to work up to anyway. I've at least got the first paced mile under my belt now. I will leave a day for recovery and try again! Now for some #lowcarb #beer and to watch an #anime before #sleep !
