Just #ordered my first #pizza from #pizzahut after about a year and a half of not eating any #fastfood at all. This will be my last treat for the next 6 months as I transition from the #keto #diet over towards an #exercise focussed #lifestyle . Had my first #intentional #carbs today in #preparation for #christmas and winding down the #keto #diet ... It was some #mixed #vegetables , namely some #peas , #carrots , #beans and #sweetcorn - about 100g which is some 7g of #carbohydrates . I'm so far averaging between 30-80g carbs a day, so getting close now. Once I get to 100g I will look at implementing #calorie #reduction , which will be high #protein and low #calories ...

I remember feeling really #crashed out on this #keto #diet last night, and just now I realized it's because of this #chocolate that wasn't that keto friendly. I likely had really low #bloodsugar after an #insulin response.

I should suggest that I learned this via the #keto #diet - #fat is in no way linked to #obesity or #heart #disease ... I eat nothing but #cheese and #steak and I have never been #healthier ! I don't know how so-called ' #experts ' could get it so wrong.

Currently trying #aeroplanejelly for the #keto #diet - it has next to nothing in it and is easy to prepare. It's currently not set after 4 hours or so, so some #experiments maybe be required to get this right. Apparently it is possible #overcook , #undercook , set for too less a time, #overprocess , too much #water , too little water, etc, etc. Making #jelly isn't nearly as bloody easy as I would have hoped!

Yesterday I went for a #run - it was a bit of a #failure with me barely hitting 1.5 #miles ... My #knees are still not in great shape. On the plus side I think I understand why - the pavement I'm running on is angled some maybe 10 degrees and it's putting more strain on one side. I ran the other way around the block and noticed it wore the opposite knee in the same way! I think I will have to start alternating loop directions to get even wear. Now just waiting for some super #keto #recovery ...

Just #ran four back to back 12.5 minute #miles ! And that was with a #sprintfinish - I still had #energy in the tank and had an instant #recovery ! Not bad for somebody running on the #keto #diet !
