I'm thinking they need a #markdown #editor along with a #template that can all be operated from the #browser - the reason being that I could write a #publish articles from any #device ... It all requires some thinking though, I am not sure it can be achieved easily...
Nice, #ytoff now handles #embedded #urls - something that was bugging me for a while when I checked out #articles on #backreaction , etc: http://backreaction.blogspot.com/2021/10.. Now it handles that case okay, even making a reasonable attempt at trying to fit inside the little #iframe !

I am currently using this for some large images on the #coffeespace #server in newer #articles and have been quite happy with the results so far. The reason for *not* using #webp or #avif is simply #support for older devices.

Ouch, the #coffeespace #wuhanlableak article I'm writing is *already* 55 minutes long #tts and about 9k words! It's also 3 months #late - but still relevant and worth the time. I really need to finish it though and stick to writing smaller #articles !

I'm lucky I've never actually had to use the #service (most #articles in my subject can be found on #arxiv or via the #university #library #access ) - but I am glad the service exists. Knowledge *needs* to be shared. There must be a better way of doing this.

In turn #footnotes in #pandoc are rendered as the *very last thing* in the page - so for ages the browser has been hiding them in my latest #articles over on #coffeespace ! Live and learn!
