I not long ago got back from another #run - still not able to run further than a #mile ... I'm bumping into a few issues: 1. After #running about 400m or so I'm getting a #stitch that lasts a while. 2. At the mile marker I'm hitting some form of #barrier which feels like #fatigue - I could in theory push through but it feels like for now I shouldn't. 3. My #muscles are dying on me quicker than I would hope. My #keto goal is to hit 2 miles before the end of the week... Let's see how that goes...
Time to get some #sleep - after my #run earlier I'm pretty knackered... I noticed this time my #recovery was much faster and I still technically had more left in the tank after the first #mile - so I will look to increase slowly.
Alright, I found out tonight I can #run a 12 minute #mile after being on the #keto #diet for 9 months! Didn't quite manage the whole two miles I planned for, but I have something to work up to anyway. I've at least got the first paced mile under my belt now. I will leave a day for recovery and try again! Now for some #lowcarb #beer and to watch an #anime before #sleep !
