Alright, I found out tonight I can #run a 12 minute #mile after being on the #keto #diet for 9 months! Didn't quite manage the whole two miles I planned for, but I have something to work up to anyway. I've at least got the first paced mile under my belt now. I will leave a day for recovery and try again! Now for some #lowcarb #beer and to watch an #anime before #sleep !
It really doesn't take much #beer on #keto to get you pliable. Just had three #speights ultra #lowcarb cans of beer and I can barely keep my thoughts together. Not complaining though, it definitely keeps things a lot cheaper! Not that I can enjoy alcohol too often on keto anyway.
