#doctorwho is actually back on track... #season 13 #episode 4 was pretty decent too - did they actually manage to fix it? They finally have a meaningful #storyline ... Just in time for the current #doctor to #quite the #job as she was universally hated as a result of unbelievably poor story writing. I do feel bad for her, especially as she represented the first #woman in the #role for however many years. A lot of #pressure she probably put on herself.

Definitely in pain today after that two mile #run yesterday, my #lungs hurt and I feel #exhausted ... It seems as though #keto can't quite offer enough energy for me to operate correctly and do #physical #training ... I think it will be time to book another visit to the #doctor and #dietician after this #covid #lockdown !

Got a meeting later with a #dietician to figure out how well the #keto #diet is going. The #doctor has found zero issues with my #vitamin levels or #health in any sense - in fact I am amongst one of the #healthiest people there. Yet, I suspect this meeting shortly will be me being told I've done everything wrong. When it comes to the keto diet, everyone seems to have a different #opinion about what you're doing wrong, despite the results.

I actually managed to sleep last night due to the modern wonder combination of #ibuprofen and #paracetamol - but my #ear is still in trouble. I suspect it is #infected as I found a bright yellow discharge from it this morning, which looking online is supposed to be the colour you would expect from an #infection ...I need to book an appointment to see the #doctor this morning to get a course of #antibiotics - who knew accidentally #sleeping on your #headphones could cause so much issue!
