Good grief I feel like #shit today. I barely got any #sleep last night and my #energy is ultra low. I can barely string words together in my mind. One of the crappy parts about #keto is if you throw out the balance, even slightly, it all goes to hell. Additionally I recently also reduced my #calorie #intake by about 500 kcal or so.
