Had my first #intentional #carbs today in #preparation for #christmas and winding down the #keto #diet ... It was some #mixed #vegetables , namely some #peas , #carrots , #beans and #sweetcorn - about 100g which is some 7g of #carbohydrates . I'm so far averaging between 30-80g carbs a day, so getting close now. Once I get to 100g I will look at implementing #calorie #reduction , which will be high #protein and low #calories ...
