Went out for a #walk earlier and accidentally got lost. It was raining and cold, I used a surprising amount of #energy to get back. I'm feeling quite a large #sugar crash at the minute due to my body not able to process enough #fats from the #keto diet. It's even worse when you see people who are able to just much down some #carbs and bring themselves back up again. I was glad to get some #crackers down me earlier made of seeds, but it's taking a long time to come back.
