Not only do you now need to #learn a new #os #architecture , you also need to learn a new #software #language . I believe this creates too much of a #barrier for new people to come in and work on this #project .

I agree with #aardvark that people being #paid not to #work should have been #encouraged to #learn a new #skill https://aardvark.co.nz/daily/2021/1217.s.. The #nz #government for example could have made #online #courses #available to all, teaching people #virtual / #office based #trade that allows them to get #employment outside of the #tourism #industry for example. What a missed #opportunity !
