Looks like a massive #tirefire broke out in #kuwait https://scoopempire.com/kuwait-tire-grav.. According to the #comments - this could be an " #insurancejob " if they were asked to #cleanup - apparently this is a common #environment #scheme where people offer to " #recycle " stuff and then burn the place down some number of years after. This is exactly where #policy does not match up with #reality , and why the " #buildbackbetter " plan is doomed to fail unless people address the real issues.
