I remember being in a similar situation myself years ago, where for the entire day I ate half a mini bread roll. Somebody's Mum who was anorexic themself saw this and said "fucking hell, is that all you're eating?". It really is a sickness of the mind.

I already know that coming off of this #keto #diet will be tough on me mentally. When I got my #visa #medical I remember panicking about being told to test #starved #blood #sugar (you test #insulin response at fixed intervals). Luckily I didn't have to. Again seeing the #gp recently I got #anxiety when the #doctor said I might need to make diet changes to address #muscle #cramps and introduce new foods. A friend recently made me #chickensoup that I couldn't eat encase they accidentally put #carbs in there.
