Just got the data on my #blood tests, the only real issue is that my B12 is too high, something I noticed myself as a result of taking multi- #vitamins - as it turns my #urine bright yellow. Other than that, there is nothing else abnormal, which doesn't help explain my random #muscle #cramp and #spasm ... Other things to look at on the #keto diet include #coffee , #dehydration and break down of #fats in the #muscle itself. I have an appointment booked with the #gp in the next few days... Stay tuned!

It's not clear exactly how much needs to be drunk in order to cause the negative association though, especially given that they simply suggest #moderation as a cure. I currently drink between 3 and 6 cups, but apparently it is enough to simply hydrate whilst drinking it.

Honestly, I believe one of the key benefits are simply being a warm liquid and getting the heart pumping, increasing circulation.
