So I tried my #keto #icecream yesterday - it was okay. Not perfect, but #edible ... There was as expect large pieces of #ice in the mixture as expected - so earlier I blended the living hell out of the next batch. It would have been good to be able to filter out any remaining lumps, but the resulting mixture tasted okay (even not in ice cream form)! Interesting the mixture was a lot more this time, somewhat fluffier - in future batches less #almondmilk goes in. If this goes well, next stage will be flavour!
Yesterday I made more #keto #icecream and it worked well, but still getting larger than ideal #ice #crystals ... Using less #almondmilk actually made it thicker, and #freeze better. I spoke to a #flatmate who recommended to reduce the #freezingtemperaure - something I assume I can do with #sugar #alcohol (a.k.a #sweetener ). Giving it a test now, it should hopefully be ready later.

Made some #keto #icecream earlier using 250ml #almondmilk , two scoops of #diet #vanilla #protein and four #ice cubes. It was 4am, so I put it in the blender... My god it was #loud - apologies. It's currently setting in the freezer, I have zero idea how this will turn out. The containers are not even really made for #freezing - so it's entirely possible it explodes or some crap. I will check up on it shortly, fingers crossed I have discovered a cheaper alternative for the #iso keto icecream...
The #keto #icecream is not yet set, but seems to be building up some #ice #crystals on the sides. I broke them off, stirred it as best as I could and put it back in. It tasted okay, but still tastes like #protein #shake ...
