So I tried my #keto #icecream yesterday - it was okay. Not perfect, but #edible ... There was as expect large pieces of #ice in the mixture as expected - so earlier I blended the living hell out of the next batch. It would have been good to be able to filter out any remaining lumps, but the resulting mixture tasted okay (even not in ice cream form)! Interesting the mixture was a lot more this time, somewhat fluffier - in future batches less #almondmilk goes in. If this goes well, next stage will be flavour!
Yesterday I made more #keto #icecream and it worked well, but still getting larger than ideal #ice #crystals ... Using less #almondmilk actually made it thicker, and #freeze better. I spoke to a #flatmate who recommended to reduce the #freezingtemperaure - something I assume I can do with #sugar #alcohol (a.k.a #sweetener ). Giving it a test now, it should hopefully be ready later.
