Very interesting idea to have a #free to #browse #website / #webpage in an 0800 like system, where the #server pays the #internet #charge instead of the #user https://shkspr.mobi/blog/2021/09/x-no-da.. The idea is that #essential #services such as #government websites can be accessed even if you have no #internet #data on your #mobile #phone . I really like this thinking, especially as more and more services move online.

I did one create a micro #archive that saved an ultra #compressed version of a #webpage in a #datauri #link that could be used #offline and #embedded into the webpage itself. Maybe I should release this tool...
