UK War: Who Will Go?

Preview Image

Blaise Metreweli, the new head of MI6, yesterday hinted that we are heading towards a period of war. This is a day after the Air Chief Marshal Richard Knighton made a speech about the UK needing to prepare for a war. He has since temporarily ruled out conscription, unlike our French counterparts that have reintroduced a voluntary military service - joined by no other than Germany.

The enemy, we are led to believe, is Russia, particularly Putin. Apparently, Putin is unwilling to come to a peace deal, but we must conveniently forget former Prime Minister Boris’s persuasion of Ukraine to not form a deal with Russia. We must also have collective amnesia for Prime Minister Starmer for telling the world, including Putin, that we will support Ukraine indefinitely.

The US has so far printed in excess of £100bn for Ukraine, with the UK ‘committing’ over £20bn, to fund the endless slaughter of soldiers, now including a UK soldier. We have no idea where the money has gone, but somehow the Ukrainian President Zelenskyy with an annual wage of 12.3k USD (est) has racked up millions in property, jewellery, etc. Every few weeks, an official close to Zelenskyy is suspected of corruption. Let us certainly not speak of the Ukrainian rent boys that tried to burn down Starmer’s property. It all goes down the memory hole.

Don’t get me wrong, I do support Ukraine’s right to self govern. Putin may be upset by the collapse of the Soviet Union, but that time has come and passed. Rather than foster the good relationship between the two countries, he instead chose to try and destroy them. I have zero sympathy for Putin.

Motivation

But - the question is not what I feel about foreign affairs, the question is whether the UK should get involved with them. Injustices happen all of the time. The same people screaming week after week “free Palestine” conveniently forget about the Uyghur Muslims, which have been rounded up into camps for re-education and organ harvesting. Let’s not pretend that hearts are equally weak for all causes.

So, we must pose the simple, but fundamental question: Is engaging with Russia in the best interests of the UK? The answer is almost certainly no. After fighting fiercely in WWI and WWII for peace in Europe, just look at the thanks we got for Brexit. Look at the content in which France holds us in after we saved their soldiers from the beaches of Normandy, and fought our way across their streets and fields to defeat the German occupation. It doesn’t matter how many lives we throw at their cause, it’ll take less than 100 years for this enormous debt to be forgotten. It boils my piss and blood.

The only possible motivation for engaging with Russia directly, is if Russia threatens to engage with us directly. We must ask ourselves, though, what it is we look to protect…

Being British or a citizen is a label handed out as freely as air. By just turning up and standing on the magic soil, you are afforded every possible luxury such a label can afford (which is far less these days). Through non-stop efforts to push globalism down our throats, we all slowly become nobodies from nowhere. Why would anybody without any belonging?

Which flag would we march under? The official flag of England, is considered a racist symbol by 36% of white adults, and 52% of ethnic adults. The Union Jack? 41% of ethic adults think this is also racist. Flying the nation’s flags is an expression of nationalism, and ~50% of ethic adults and ~30% of white adults think that it does not represent them. Which flag does the UK government think we will fight under? The LGBT flag? Congratulations to the Left-wing, you have destroyed the majority sense of national pride, enjoy your war.

What is it that the soldiers would be fighting for? The continued attack on white men? The worsening economy? The lowering birth rates? The inability to buy a family home? The stalled wage growth? The declining job prospects? The continued removal of freedom of expression? The failing NHS? The abysmal work ethic? The under-funded emergency services? I dare you: name a single thing better now than it was just 10 years ago.

Reality

In the 2021 census, the population of England and Wales was 74.4% white British. Why does that matter? These are people who are born in the UK with no other choice but to defend it.

But, but, what about the ethnics, won’t they fight? Apparently 1.26 million hold dual passports and we can assume that anybody in their sane mind would leave the country if possible. The 2021 census suggests that 16% of the population is foreign born, which again would leave given the opportunity. Of the approximately 25% non-white British population, at least 15% will leave if a war looks likely. Of the remaining 10%, maybe half of that are fit and able, and half again are men. Forgetting that they believe the UK is racist and are highly demotivated, we maybe get 2.5%, or 1.75 million potential soldiers.

When you consider age as well as ethnicity, it looks worse:

  • 60.5% of people from mixed ethnic groups were aged under 25 years – the highest percentage in this age range out of the 5 aggregated ethnic groups (Asian, black, white, mixed and ‘other’)

  • 27.6% of white people were aged 60 years and over, the highest percentage in this age range out of the 5 aggregated ethnic groups

So of the ~75% white British, ~25% of white (mostly British) people are unable to serve. Of the remaining 50%, let’s assume half are too young or sickly to serve. Of the remaining 25%, only half are men, leaving 12.5%. The UK population is apparently 70 million, so we’re talking about a potential fighting force of 8.75 million highly demotivated men.

Of the approximately 10 million people we have filtered, how many of them will be highly motivated to fight and die for our country? How many would be willingly conscripted? Next to none. The British Army recruitment numbers have dropped 38% since 2019, with them only achieving between 60-70% of their targets. **Maybe we will be fighting under an LGBT flag after all…*

Finally

I have heard from both Left-wing and Right-wing sources no resolve to fight for the UK. The demotivation is extremely high. The question remains: If the UK were to break out into a war, who would go?
