Just #watched the #film " #megan ", the #ai #robot #girl #companion that goes crazy. It was okay, but far too #unrealistic . A few people said it was #realistic , but it wasn't. I still rate the #movie #exmachina as more real.

I recently #watched the new #doctorstrange and #thor #films and I saw something #similar between then - they are both completely #afraid to take themselves seriously. It's kind of a shame because the #material is potentially there.
#watched the first #episode of #startrek #prodigy - the #premise is really good: A bunch of #slaves / #miners find an old #federation #ship and #hijack it to #freedom . The #delivery is highly #political though and aimed to #subvert #children . The #zero #character is #genderneutral , one of them looks like a #man but is actually a #woman / #girl , the " white #guy " says the #opposite of whatever anybody says (despite this #plot point falling apart *instantly* as its tiring) and the #black character leads.
