Whilst I understand the plight of the guy, this does feel like media spin: https://youtube.com/watch?v=5a5kdeK-af0 20 years is too much for simply walking around the #capitol - people do a lot worse and get less time! I think the fact that the guy has a family does also play into this, given putting him away for 20 years would rob his son of a proper upbringing. They should all just get light suspended sentences.
