I also considered a small #lightweight #vm for running #user #applications as a #webserver - potentially it could be super cool. After doing some #pentesting of a #wordpress #website , I am surprised they do not get #hacked way more often to be honest: https://portswigger.net/daily-swig/wordp.. The entire use of the #database and lack of #caching by default seems to be quite an issue. You can #ddos an otherwise #static #website entirely off of the #internet quite easily.

I did once run #cgit but it's simply too bloody #slow - even on a much higher end #server https://landchad.net/cgit I need a better solution for hosting #git #repositories ... Something #lightweight that simply creates #static #pages ... I did try a while back with #gitpage - but it didn't work so well. I might try write a new simpler version so that I can #mirror #repos more easily.
