There were caught by #youtube #tech #channel #gamersnexus after they #returned an #unopened #motherboard ... There is an interesting #theory that NewEgg got themselves in further trouble by digging in deeper: https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=303.. Hopefully they get #sued for their efforts.
