Yeah, so it turns out the #guylian #zerosugar #stevia #chocolate - although tasting very good, is very high in #carbs in comparison to the #wellnatural alternative. Not so great for maintaining #ketosis on the #keto #diet ! Particularly the #darkmint seems to offer the best #flavour per #macronutrient in the #wellnatural range. And as for the #almonds - they are killing my #calorie #goals - they are too high in #fat for their own good.

I have been #experimenting with trying to find a new #keto #snack - particularly something to replace #keto #icecream during the winter and at lower cost. At $4.10 per bar, it's certainly not #cheap - but it's certainly cheaper than the ice cream alternative and can be portioned more easily. It's nice to find something that tastes good and is acceptable for the keto diet.
