Pretty good #pricing from #lulu on creating #bespoke #books from #scratch - I will definitely be looking to them or #similar to create my #books https://www.lulu.com/pricing $5.35 for a #paperback #colour #book is not bad, $3.75 for #blackandwhite ! For this kind of #price I'm even considering to get some #books out of #press with no #copyright made up.

This is a very cool #mechanical #colour #picker https://hackaday.com/2022/09/21/mechanic.. As one #comment said there, add a #colour #sensor and this would be exceptionally cool.

Very nice #full #colour #eink #display #design from #shenzhen #china https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/202.. We'll see how well it goes. For less than $400, the #specs and #price are very reasonable.

Currently updating #coffeespace to respect #darkmode #css requests from the #browser - as well as adding a little more #colour consistency. I also want to selectively add #js based on whether it is required or not, especially the #mathml stuff which weighs in on *every* page currently.

Really enjoyed the latest video by #photonicinduction https://youtube.com/watch?v=Cqi-l16gjSI Regarding #led #lights - I believe they have decent potential to be long lasting *and* decent #colour if you invest some effort, especially in something like a #florescent tube light. I think the trick is to run them straight on mains via a full bridge rectifier, and then current limit. Run lots of them in series and parallel and you should end up with quite a robust #light
