I do like #peertube as a #selfhosted #decentralised alternative to #youtube - but it's quite bloated: https://landchad.net/peertube.html It seems to require *alot* of resources to get running nicely. I really feel like much more could in theory be shifted to #clientside - especially if you don't need #recommendation , #logins , #databases , #federation , etc.
