Fuck #vodaphone - every time I have to use their shitty service there is some kind of #darkpattern in there somewhere. And due to every service being 'modern', you now cannot even fucking fart without a #phonenumber and #twofactorauth ... Apparently I cannot even call a #freephone number without first topping up my phone. To top up my #phone I have to install their shitty #app - because the #browser fails to work. It's like death by a thousand little fucking cuts.
Wow, people are be #pinged by the #covid #trackandtrace #app in the #uk because of #neighbours through a wall contracting the #virus https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1M6DmcnC.. Apparently people have simply been #uninstalling the app to just bypass this stupid behaviour. Apparently as many as 500k of the #british #workforce and currently #isolating as a result.

Interesting to see #xmpp making a come back with #dino https://politictech.wordpress.com/2021/0.. Might be worth giving it a shot if it's a good #messaging #app - especially compared to the likes of #telegram or #signal whom play crazy games with source code, etc.
